I wanted to see how these 3 games will look and sound on both Nintendo Switch OLED and Nintendo Switch 2 and here's the result.
4th day of trying out Switch 2 and still lovin' it so far. Battery life's a bit short compared to oled but not a deal breaker for me since I mostly play docked. When playing handheld though, sound quality is great, screen is not as vivid as the oled but with a higher refresh rate, it made the games more enjoyable. Mario Kart World is our new favorite so far, wife and I enjoy it a lot and for sure our family and friends will love it too, well this is the very reason why we love Nintendo games, it's because it has a lot of games that can be played and enjoyed by 2 or more players. There are some games that still look unoptimized for switch 2 as of yet which gives me a reason to still be able to enjoy my oled, and sadly some even crashes (like Grid Autosport 🫠 ) and some aren't really worth the upgrade IMO (like hogwarts legacy) and not worth giving a try that I decide to just play them on my pc/ps5. All in all, I do not regret getting this (luckily) few days after launch day and I believe it's something that I can enjoy for a long time, while waiting for the improved versions. 😊
