That’s right ladies & gents: Old Grave Festival 12 is coming and Official Romanian Thrash Metal Club doesn’t care if you’re ready; it only cares if you can survive it!

Every October, Quantic in Bucharest becomes a black hole of riffs, leather, and questionable decisions. You don’t attend Old Grave Festival; you endure it.

Of co**se, this year survival isn’t about staying alive. It’s about staying upright, maybe finding your boots at the end of the night, and not accidentally trading your soul for another round of shots. But since we’re nice, here’s your unofficial crash course.

🔥 Today’s the day. Only a few more hours until the stage of Quantic in Bucharest, Romania is shaken by the arrival of some of 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥’s most essential names. After the roaring success they had in our country, it only made sense for Left to Die to return. Presented by Rockstadt Extreme Fest, the show brings them back in full force. 🔥Next year's edition of 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 has all premises to be no less than unforgettable! Three days, three clubs and three special events in Bucharest Romania. Warm-up party in Private Hell Club (with band members) on May 30th, Rock Kids on June 1st in Encore Club, and the festival itself on May 31st, in Quantic, headlined by VARATHRON and Infest Serbia! 🔥 The year 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟑 brought several intriguing albums in the 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭-𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞/𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 sphere, one of them being “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫” by Vulture Industries. The Norwegian band enjoyed considerable success at the time, which encouraged them to appear live more frequently and to release their following albums, “𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬”, and “𝐆𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭”.

Some years later, more precisely on 𝟏𝟐 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, they revisited “The Tower” in its entirety at Quantic, Bucharest, Romania – and right before the show, I had the chance to sit down with them for an interview.

🔥 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 as a band is no small feat, and Syn Ze Sase Tri knew this very well – otherwise there would be no explanation for the effort put into the anniversary concert held on 𝟏𝟏 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 at Quantic in Bucharest, Romania. With a well-chosen setlist, carefully prepared stage props and the presence of former members on stage, the Romanian 𝐬𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 band not only captured the audience’s attention from the very first song, but also brought emotion upon it.

🔥 Syn Ze Sase Tri, one of Romania’s most beloved 𝐬𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 bands, celebrated 𝟏𝟖 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 with a special concert on 𝟏𝟏 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. The performance at Quantic, Bucharest, Romania featured a specially designed stage set and appearances by former members as special guests.

This milestone also made it the perfect occasion for an in-depth interview about the band’s history, the preparation and ex*****on of the anniversary show, and their upcoming album, which is just around the corner.

Our Story

It all started back in ‘99 as a project of Arhicon and Avestita to support the Underground, specifically the Romanian Underground scene. DinIntunerec was first printed in 2000 in Suceava and until 2004 three issues were published, of which the 2nd was basically an English re-issue of the 1st, containing in addition a few more interviews with both local and foreign bands – limited to 50 copies.

Among the bands covered between 1999 and 2004, we mention Machetzo, Impaled Nazarene, Obscurum Noctis, Irkalla, Lord Belial, Tangangeste, Primordial, Insepultus, Vena Cava, ....

After 12 years of break, DinIntunerec was revived by Arhicon and Vitriol through online, first as a blog that was quickly transformed into a proper online webzine along with a new team.
