In the latest years we heard a lot about it as it was often reason of discussion in businesses, politics and governmental issues. 📑
In most cases (not all), it is utilised to indicate gender disparities on the workplace and positions of interest and/or power.👔
It is used by many to suggest that men throughout history had an “easier path”, but is that really the case? 🤔
