Working on the last week or so of our summer harvest.
I absolutely love the Kajari melon and it is incredibly prolific!!!
That's the last of my summer squash from round one. They all came from a single plant that has probably given us 25 squash this year, by itself. 😲 I had to yank it though. We came back after a week out of town, it was looking rough, and COVERED in adult, baby, and eggs of squash bugs. 🤮 I had to destroy them before they got to my pumpkins!!
These are our first Armenian Cucumbers! We're excited to try them. I know they're actually a melon, which is why they grow well in our heat. We have never eaten them before.
Lots going on as I begin to transition from spring / summer garden to fall / winter.
Exciting!!!
