S*x therapist Renee shared some really great tips on how to keep the flames going in your relationship on Ep. 8 🔥

Here are 6 tips to help you light a spark:

✅Learn your body. Don't expect your partner to be a mind reader.

✅Exercise Regularly

✅Identify your turn offs

✅Think outside of the bed

✅Learn to communicate your wants and needs to your partner.

✅Avoid the same old, same old in your life in general.
