Video of a CIA officer overstepping his authority has come to light in DHA area of Lahore
DSP CIA civil line inspector Nabi Bakhsh Butt barged into the house of opponents in a son-in-law dispute
The son-in-law of Nabi Bakhsh Butt Mr Abdul waqas opened fire at the house of the villagers in a drunken state, the CCTV footage of which has come to light.
Nabi Bakhsh Butt, taking advantage of his powers, filed a case against the local residents and arrested their employee and took the CIA civil line officers and entered their house.
In the CCTV footage, Nabi Bakhsh Butt and his officials can be seen forcibly entering the citizen's house.
While Zaheeruddin Babar Awan, posted in CIA Model Town, was also present with Nabi Bakhsh Butt over a personal dispute and continued to play a number game by hanging the officials on the walls.
