You're juggling MANY hats that go beyond your business..you're a parent, a partner, a boss, + more going a million miles an hour with little help..

and while you CAN manage your social media by yourself, it doesn't always mean you SHOULD.

Make sure to ask yourself these questions before spending your time + effort on social without seeing the return!

I've seen too many businesses posting surface level offers that all lack two things: connection and personality.

👉 It's no secret there are thousands of businesses like yours with the same offer..but the one thing they don't have? YOUR story, YOUR WHY.

Consumers no longer want to watch or listen to you sell your products and services, they want the experience and the feeling. When you focus on relating and sharing with a community, you WILL grab your audiences attention.

Virality is NOT the answer ❌

Even if you DO go viral.. most of the time, those followers will not be your target audience nor will it bring you sales. I've had discovery calls with multiple business owners who's #1 goal on social media is to go viral and when I ask why there is always a bigger goal behind it: brand awareness, more engagement, build trust, sales, etc.

Going viral is not always a good thing either..are you prepared for the hate comments? the unsolicited advice and opinions? the demand of your product or service to sky rocket?

Set yourself up for LONG TERM success, not a quick fix, and I promise your audience will resonate!

2 YEARS OF SOCIALSBYV 🥺

2 years ago today I started this page thinking it would be a side gig and a place for my portfolio to live until I got a full time job... within 3 months I quit my 4 part time jobs and I took this "side gig" full time and within the following two months I established an LLC.

Along the way I hired my first assistant who quickly became one of my best friends, become a coach for other social media managers, traveled more than I ever have, started a podcast, met incredible creators and friends, worked with dream clients.. all while simultaneously experiencing doubt, imposter syndrome, and uncertainty..

Wether you've been around 2 years or you've recently found me, thank you for being here 🤍
