That kind of trust doesn’t come from copying what worked for someone else. It comes from clear messaging that’s actually built for your audience & works across every platform you show up on.

If your content isn’t converting, it’s probably not about doing more. It’s about saying the right thing to the right people.

Online marketing’s gotten... weird lately.

Posts filled with income claims that leave out the context.

AI-generated “social proof” that sounds exactly like the last 10 reels you scrolled past.

Regurgitated “viral hooks” and trends with no real message behind it.

Tactics that lean on shame or urgency to make the sale.

I’ve never been here for any of that.

Content matters, but without a clear message and a strategy to back it up, it’s just noise.

And vanity metrics are NEVER the goal.

It gets really loud and the pressure to perform (even though you have a million and a half other things to do) is so real... and so unnecessary.

When I started, Instagram felt like a tool for connection.

Instagram isn’t what it was in 2020.

Getting consistent clients takes more than a few good reels- especially if you don’t have the time or brain space to engage and nurture.

That’s why I’m helping business owners rethink how Instagram fits into the bigger picture.

Instead of relying on it to do everything, we focus on the message first- and build a marketing plan that works across platforms, feels like you, and actually leads to connection (and clients).

Content shouldn’t be like that.

Yes, there’s testing.

But hopping on trends without knowing your messaging?

Or posting without a strategy to actually guide your audience to buy?

We do NOT have time for that.

Know what to say- across email, long-form content, and social- so your marketing actually works together to bring in clients.

You manage school drop-off with one hand and voice note your client with the other.

You do client calls while opening snacks for your kids.

You respond to emails while eating your kids' half-eaten dino nuggets over the sink because it's easier than making your own lunch.

You’re running a business in the margins of your day.

You do ALL the things. Honestly, way more than you should have to.

I don't want Instagram to be added to that.

Your time is already valuable, you’re just not getting paid like it.

They need more touchpoints.
More trust.

Here’s what we’d do instead:
✔ Figure out what’s attracting the right people
✔ Match your content to your capacity (not some 24-year-old with no kids and a full team)
✔ Say what your people actually need to hear- in the moments you have
✔ Make sure every post moves your audience closer to buying

I didn’t publish a podcast episode today.

It’s the first Monday I’ve missed since launching.

No email. No promo reel or carousel.

We had a busy weekend with fun family time, but I’ve also been sitting with the weight of everything going on. Thinking about what’s happening in Iran. Our friends and their families who are deployed. The possibility of upcoming deployments. The list is long and the anxiety is real.

So here’s your reminder: you don’t need to pressure yourself to stick to arbitrary schedules.

If you miss something now and then, it’s not the end of the world.

Sometimes, you just don’t have the time or the mental capacity. And that’s okay.

This isn’t a plug to outsource. You can, but that’s not the point.

The point is: there are more important things.

Your business won’t fall apart if you take one thing off your plate.

The episode is recorded and edited. I’ll get to the rest today and tomorrow.

And when I do, you’ll hear how to attract Instagram followers who actually turn into buyers.

Until then, I hope you’re giving yourself the same grace you’d give a friend. You’re doing a lot. And it’s okay to not do it all.
