1 year ago today…

I’m sitting here trying to come up with words to say, but I’ve got nothing. I wish there was a simple way to describe what I’m feeling right now, but maybe the words don’t exist.

Auggie, you give me a joy that words can’t describe. Watching your personality unfold has been the highlight of my year. I love your infectious laugh and the way you tilt your head to the side to tell someone hello. It’s going to be a whole love of fun to watch you grow up. I love you buddy! Happy birthday!

Abby you’re remarkable. It’s hard to believe someone can be so beautiful, intelligent, and hilarious at the same time. People are drawn to you when you walk into a room because you’re 110% yourself. You have no ego. You’re a great listener. And you never fail to make others feel known and valued. It’s hard to believe that we’ve now celebrated 8 birthdays together. I wanted to post something like this last week, but we were a little busy meeting the Grinch. I hope we never forget about the 17 and 18 year old that fell in love and put everything aside for their relationship. I feel incredibly lucky to have you. Happy 25th birthday 🥳
