COMMON INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND HOW TO ANSWER THEM.

By Mr VIDAMBU Sam.

1. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ?

The interviewer is not interested in hearing stories; they simply expect to know your academic and professional achievements, your name and the institution you currently work for. Take a minute to introduce yourself, and state your recent academic qualification and your relevant experience (if any).

''My name is [Your Name] and I am a recent graduate of [University Name] with a Bachelors of Science in [Degree]. I am a highly motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for learning and growth. I thrive in fast-paced environments and constantly look for ways to improve and take on new challenges.

In my previous role as a [Position Name] at [Company Name], I was responsible for [List of Responsibilities]. I have a proven track record of success in [List of Accomplishments].

I am excited to learn more about the [Position Name] position at [Company Name] and believe that my skills and experience would be a valuable asset to your team.''

2. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE BEST CANDIDATE?

The recruiter expects you to tell them about your professional achievements and the unique skills you possess that will add value to the organization. If you are a Customer Care graduate then you should tell them that you are a good listener and patient; these are the qualities the employer is looking for.

"I believe I am the best candidate for this customer care role because of my skills and experience, as well as my passion for helping others. I have a strong academic background in customer care, and I have also gained valuable experience through my internships and volunteer work. I am a good listener and I am patient, which are essential qualities for a customer care representative. I am also a team player and I am always willing to go the extra mile to help my colleagues and customers.

In addition to my customer care skills, I am also a highly motivated and adaptable individu

Please, I have many messages to attend to in my inbox so don't come with stories about how to get child care support because I gave you all preaction notice.😌😌😌

If belle don show, start to save for baby things and get a job to be able to take care of yourself and the baby while you pursue the father for child care support in court.

Even the case for child care support requires money.

If you don't know who got you pregnant and you don't want the child, birth the child and put the child up for legal adoption so those who need him/her can have the child. Note, once you go for legal adoption, you have lost all rights concerning the child forever. No court in the world will give you back the child.

Remember, there are always conseq.uences for our actions.

I've been dating my babe for only three months, and I'm already seeing things that don't make sense.
Last week, I was trying to make an online payment, but my bank app was acting up. My girlfriend was with me, so l asked her to help me do it on her phone. She did, and that same hour, I sent the money back to her.

The mistake I made was I didn't hide my phone screen like most men would while making the transfer.
She was sitting beside me, looking straight at my screen. She saw my balance. She saw my PIN. But because, well, she's my babe, I didn't think much of it.

Two days later, she asked to borrow my phone to check something. I didn't even hesitate— just gave it to her.
Later that evening, I tried to make a transfer and noticed my balance was #150,000 short.
I checked my sms alert and email notifications history. The only transfers I saw were the ones I made. No debit alert, no email notification. But I knew what was there before. My sp!r!t told me to dig deeper.

That's when I saw it. A #150,000 transfer to her from my mobile banking app. She had sent the money to herself and carefully deleted all traces-SMS, email alerts, everything. I called her immediately. "Babe, you transferred from my account?" She didn't even sound guilty.

"Ah ahn, you have over 15 m!ll!on naira in that account alone. What's to you? You sef, relax. It's not a big deal."

I kept quiet.

Not a big deal? So bcos I have money, she can just take it without asking? The part that's messing with me is— why didn't she just ask? We've been dating for only three months, Is this who she really is?

Now I'm wondering—should I ask for my money back, or will I look petty? I'm not one of those "what do you bring to the table?" kind of men, and I also don't believe in giving women monthly allowance because you're not my staff. But I give cos I'm not stingy. There's never been a time she asked for money that I didn't give. In fact, most times, she doesn't even have to ask—I just give.

For four years, my husband had refused to visit his parents. Since our wedding, we had only been there once, and each time I brought up the idea of going back, he shut it down. I never understood why, but this year, I put my foot down. It’s Christmas, I told him. We should be with family. But he refused, just as he always did.

So, I made a decision—I would go with the kids. I gathered foodstuffs, packed our bags, and left for my in-laws' house, thinking it would be a warm reunion. Instead, it was anything but.

When I arrived, excitement bubbled inside me as I knocked on their door, the children clinging to my sides. But as soon as they saw me, their expressions darkened. My mother-in-law crossed her arms over her chest, her eyes cold.

"You can turn around and go back," she said firmly.

I blinked. "But… I brought some food for you. It’s Christmas—"

"We are not beggars," she cut me off. "Our mates’ children built houses for them, bought cars, sent them on vacations. And all you and your husband can do is bring us foodstuffs? Is that supposed to be a gift?"

Shame burned in my chest. The children looked up at me, confused. I swallowed hard, my hands tightening around the bags.

"Please, at least let the children come in—"

"No." She shook her head. "Go back to wherever you came from. If you want to do something for us, do something meaningful."

Tears pricked my eyes, but I held them back. Slowly, I turned and left with my children, my heart heavier than the bags of food I still carried.

When I got home, exhausted and humiliated, my husband was waiting. He didn’t look angry—he looked betrayed.

"You disobeyed me," he said quietly.

I stared at him. "Disobeyed? I took our kids to see their grandparents. Your parents."

"And now you see why I don’t go there," he replied, his voice flat.

I expected him to comfort me, to say something—anything—but instead, he walked away, leaving me standing there with my shame, my anger, and the painful realization that I had been

💔😭 MY BOYFRIEND AND MY EX-BOYFRIEND SET ME UP!! YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT THEY DID!! WHY ARE MEN SO CRμ£L? 😭💔

Good evening Afriqmax

On February 10th, the man I love, who takes care of my family, saw a Facebook comment from my ex saying he misses me. I just replied with a heart emoji. ❤️🤗

When my man asked me about it, I told him the truth. I explained that this ex and I were together for five years. He wanted to know if I still loved him, and I said no. 😨😨

However, when he wanted to see my messages, he found there were still some feelings left between my ex and me. I cri€d a lot and begged for forgiveness. 😭😭

My man asked for a break to think about everything. He wanted to be sure he was not loving a woman who still loves another man. If I wanted to stay with him after a month, I must forget my ex completely. Otherwise, he would leave me. 😔💔

It hurt me a lot, but I accepted.

Two days later, I went to see my ex so we could talk. He said he has missed me for the last eight months since we broke up. We ended up doing tátátátá, and soon I felt like I should stay the night. 🫢🫢

Around 2 AM, someone knocked on the door. When he opened it, a woman barged in, shouting that she came to collect school money for the kids.

I was in the bedroom but quickly got dressed and joined them in the living room. I asked my ex why she was there at that hour. I had no idea he was in a relationship with another woman before, a child with her. It seemed she wanted to sleep with him; it felt like she still loved him. 🤨😳

He turned to me, pleading not to leave, and promised to explain everything. He ki$$ed me and said I was the only woman he loved. He claimed she had trapped him, and that the child he was caring for was not his. 😳💔

This calmed me a bit. I asked the woman how much money was needed for the child's school. She said it was 53,000. I told her I would make the payment the next day and asked her to excuse us since it was late. She understood and left. 👩‍🦯

Good evening all, I have a situation at home, am trying to handle.

We just got married 5 months ago. I am 30 years old, my wife is 25, and she works in a small office as a secretary. I am a trader, and business is good for me. After our wedding, I brought my 3 children who used to stay with my mother to come live with us. They are 3, 4, and 6 years old. I asked my wife to quit her job to take care of the kids at home. To my surprise, she refused! She said she did not go to school to stay home like a nanny. I was sh0cked by her thinking. 😳

How can you refuse to stay home and care for the children of your husband? Where is the world heading? When you choose to marry a single father, you also need to love his children! But it seems she doesnt feel that way. 🥱

I made it clear to her. This marriage is still new, and if she thinks it will not work, she should speak up quickly so we can part ways.😯

Bayelsa Police Arrest Woman and Doctor for Defrauding Public with Fake Surgery Appeal

The Bayelsa State Police have arrested a woman, Ogechi Okechukwu, a resident of Yenagoa, along with a doctor from the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), for allegedly defrauding the public through a fake surgery fundraising scheme.

Ogechi reportedly conspired with the doctor to deceive unsuspecting individuals on Facebook by falsely claiming she needed financial assistance for surgery.

The doctor is said to have aided her by providing fake medical reports, drug prescriptions, and staging medical procedures to make her appear genuinely ill. These included administering a fake intravenous drip, conducting a fake blood transfusion, and presenting fabricated scan results to convince donors of her condition.

A Facebook influencer, Iwaoma Susan Joseph, unknowingly helped raise N800,000, believing the appeal to be genuine.

Both suspects were apprehended after incriminating evidence of their conversations was found on Ogechi’s phone. They are currently in police custody as authorities continue their investigation into the fraudulent scheme.

“Dear Frederick, the truth is bitter. Crew members are human beings. Stop treating them like animals and making clout-chasing videos to look like a good person. Block me so you can sleep at night, but you cannot block that voice in your head telling you the truth.” Actress Etinosa calls out her colleague, Fredrick Leonard, for blocking her online after she left a comment on his post about the way he treats crew members on other people’s sets.
