This is emblematic of my dull life…
After my garbage was collected on Wednesday, it rained.
By the time I brought my garbage can down from the edge of my driveway, there was some water in there. I decided I would open it up and let it evaporate the next day with the sun.
What I didn’t realize is that it was going to rain on Thursday night.
I also didn’t realize that the corner where I put it (so it would be protected from any wind) is where the gutter is gone (that’s a long story) and apparently all of the rain from a large swath of the roof gathers and pours off right there.
This is what I saw Friday morning when I walked out. We didn’t even get that much rain! 
The banana drowned.

Ok you beautiful people. I need your advice. What should I do? What would you do if this had happened to you. Here’s what happened.
The other day family and I went shopping at Sam's Club or more specifically the Sam's Club in Conway AR. We got our stuff and when it was time to pay I remembered that I had a few gift cards. Not knowing exactly how much was on them I jokingly said “let’s see how good my luck is”. First one got scanned and it had 15 cents. Second one was scanned and it had $95.88 on it. I gave the cashier my 3rd card and said “watch this one only have 35 cents on it.” Cashier scanned my card and said “you were right. It had exactly 35 cents on it”. She then proceeded to keep all 3 cards.
That’s when something in my brain reminded me that the final card hadn’t been used since I had $25 put on it. So I asked her to scan that last card and show me the balance. The truth came out that it still had $24.65 left on it. I literally had to reach and take the card out of her hand.
If this happened to you, what would you do. Let it go or call corporate and tell them what happened?

A year ago I imported a kei truck from Japan through an online used car broker. After patiently waiting nearly 4 months I picked it up from the port of Baltimore Maryland, USA. I began cleaning it up as it was a well used 27 year old vehicle. I removed the parking brake cover and found a wadded up receipt (photo 1) and a 100 yen coin. My son promptly heisted the coin for his dull coin collection while I used Google to translate the receipt (photo 2). After seeing that a former driver of my truck bought gas station fried chicken I went to my favorite dull pastime of spending hours on Google street view imagining that my truck once drove on these roads around the gas station in Japan. As I “drove” along those roads I chose the earliest street view records in the area of 2011 and I found my truck. (photos 3 & 4) It appears that it was a work truck on a small port on Hiroshima Bay. I matched a missing rubber tailgate bumper and some surface rust spots in the photos to confirm that it was indeed my truck. I was overjoyed with nobody to share this dull news with, until now.

Hello fellow Dullsters. I came across this lamp yesterday at my mother’s house and am not sure what could have caused this Salt Lamp to create this salt crystal mineral pool. There is no visible water leaking onto it or any reason that it would be getting wet. No Banana for scale due to bewilderment while taking these photos

Just went to Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 and I gave the lady my $50. She grabs the money and lays it on the counter and takes the marker and marks it to see if the money is real or fake.... She promptly hands it back to me and says “Sir I cannot accept this money it is counterfeit, you see the dark line that means it counterfeit!” So I tell her “wow this money is straight from the bank” and she hands it back to me so I hand her another $50 bill she lays it on the counter marks it. “Yep this one is counterfeit too, we may have to call the cops” So I’m like “WOW!!! Both of my $50’s are fake!?!?” So then at this point I had one important question... “Lady are you using a sharpie!?!?” 🤦🏽‍♂️She takes a loooong look at the marker .... “Yes sir I am”😑
I feel like our society is doomed….
