DAILY DEVOTIONAL, THURSDAY, 3RD JULY 2025. Pastor Chris

TOPIC ✨ FOLLOWING HIS DIVINE PLAN✨

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10).

Romans 8:29 says, “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate….” Predestination is at work in you. God has a divine plan for your life, and He has set events and their sequence in motion in line with His divine plan.

Consider John the Baptist, for example, whose entire ministry was for the sole purpose of making the Messiah known to Israel. God could have simply told John where to find Jesus, but John had to follow God's instructions and wait for the sign he was given: “...Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit” (John 1:33 NKJV).

Finally, Jesus stood before him, and John recognized Him (John 1:29-34). It unfolded precisely according to God’s divine plan. Consider, too, Samuel’s intriguing visit to anoint one of Jesse's sons as king (1 Samuel 16:1-13). Samuel thought he had found the Lord’s anointed when he saw Eliab, with his impressive stature. But God said, “Not him, for I have rejected him” (1 Samuel 16:7). One by one, Jesse brought seven of his sons before Samuel, and each time God said, “Not this one.”

God could have simply told Samuel who to anoint, but He allowed the process to unfold step by step. Finally, Samuel asked Jesse, “Are here all thy children?” Jesse admitted that there was still one more son, David, who was tending the sheep. When David was brought before Samuel, the Lord said, “...Arise, anoint him: for this is he” (1 Samuel 16:12). God's divine plan for David came to pass according to His preordained design.

God has a plan for your life and it’s a good one. He has predestined your life for His glory, and He knows exactly where you are in His divine plan. You don’t need to be in a hurry or get in a frenzy trying to fulfil His destiny for your life. He has all the events and their sequence planned out in line with His divine purpose.

Yours is to follow the path which He’s prearranged ahead of time. Ephesians 2:10 AMPC says, “For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].”

PRAYER
Dear Father, I trust you wholeheartedly, knowing that you have predestined my life for your glory. My life is a testimony of your faithfulness, and I yield myself to your perfect will, ever advancing and fulfilling all you have called me to do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Month of May is a beautiful month. We are just done with April, did you have Favors in April?

As always, whatever good things the Lord has blessed us with in any month, when we move into the next month we carry along with us. We don't leave those messages behind: they're all building blocks, they are all part of what He uses in building our lives, making us so strong.

(Documentary on Salt: THE WAR ON HEALTH)

We don't just come up with stuff. It's as the spirit of God leads and guides us.
I did not know that there were other voices in the medical field speaking up about it.

Many have died listening to the so called medical professionals. Think how many people have died of strokes and other ailments because they were listening to their doctor and eliminating salt from their diets.
This is why you should pray in tongues.
I speak in tongues and the spirit of God leads and guides me. Solutions come.
When we speak in tongues, we speak mysteries. I interprete the mysteries to my understanding.
This is remarkable and we have let others know. We need more salt.

2 Kings 2:19-21
Elisha used Salt to heal the water. He prophesied that there was no more death and they were free.

Jesus never lied to anybody. He never exegerrated. He spoke absolute truth.
Mark 9:50- SALT IS GOOD.... Have salt in yourselves...
Jesus meant what he said.
What other interpretation do you want to give it?

In the documentary, the medical personnel said, a lot are sick because they don't have enough salt in themselves. When they are admitted, one thing is commonly done. Intravenous Salt (which they charge for)

If you are well, the pharmaceutical industries will be broke.
Many medical doctors find out this very late or never at all..
Their regulators are not supposed to be in the department of health because they do not make any body healthy.
They know salt is cheap, but they repackage it in different forms and sell it to you. Then they tell you to avoid salt in your diet.

MESSAGE OF THE MONTH
1 Peter 3:8-9
You are called that you should inherit A blessing.
What Blessing is that?
Genesis 28:1-4.
The blessing of Abraham: referring to a blessing. This is consistent with the blessing of Abraham..inheriting the land where you are a stranger..

Genesis 26:1-6, 12-14
When God says "I will be with you", that's all you need.
There are only 2 places in the authorized version of the Bible where the term "THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM" is used.
Galatians 3:13-14

There are lots of blessings in the blessing of Abraham.

Genesis 17:1-6, Romans 4:13
God promised Abraham that he would be the Heir of the world.
God willed the world to Abraham and his seed. Only one man had the certificate of ownership of the whole world.

Galatians 3:16, 28-29
The promises made to Abraham and his seed were actually made to Christ.
So the world was also willed to Christ.
And we are in Christ and heirs according to the promise.
The world belongs to us. Everything is ours.
We have been given a better covenant based on better promises.

Your store: Your bank account is blessed.
This month of May is the month of Blessings.

WISDOM IN THE WORD
(The Word Has The Ability To Make You Wise)

TO THE BIBLE:
2 Timothy 3:15 “And that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”

LET’S TALK
God’s wisdom is found in His Word. It covers everything and will guide you through life. Proverbs 4:7 highlights just how important wisdom is; it says, “Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom....” In other words, wisdom should be your top priority.

The Scriptures, as read in our theme verse, have the unique ability to make one wise unto salvation. It’s one reason you must meditate on the Word. Joshua 1:8 (AMPC) says, “This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.”

Notice that it says meditating on the Word will make you prosperous and cause you to deal wisely; that means it’ll make you discerning and sound. Colossians 3:16 adds, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

As you immerse yourself in the Word, digesting its truths and allowing it to permeate your spirit, it’ll make you several times wiser and broaden your capacity and capability. This brings to mind what the Bible says in 2 Peter 1:2, “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord” (KJV).

Increased grace means God can entrust you with even greater responsibilities because you’re wiser. He knows that as a result of His wisdom at work in you, you’ll make sound judgements and choices.

GO DEEPER
Joshua 1:8 AMPC This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good [a]success.

1 Corinthians 1:30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

Colossians 3:16 NLT Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.

PRAY
Dear Father, I thank you for the wisdom in your Word. As I give attention to the Scriptures, I open myself to a continuous impartation of divine wisdom. The Word guides my choices and actions. I have uncommon insight—a clear, deep and sudden understanding of concepts, subjects, situations and mysteries, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
