This video is meant to help introduce newcomers to the series and covers the entire chronology from Drakengard 1 through to NieR Replicant. This includes the events of the World Inside book which gives background that spoils some major reveals in Replicant.

This video will be useful if you are a newcomer or have only played one of the more recent titles such as NieR: Automata and may be wondering when Replicant takes place chronologically. The NieR series is place of a long running chronology of games starting in the Drakengard franchise, the brainchild of Yoko Taro, and there are plot lines running throughout that converge in NieR Replicant.
