BehindThrills on X has discovered a recently filed permit by Universal Orlando Resort for the demolition of five acres of "retail, show and attraction buildings." While not confirmed for the Lost Continent area of the resort, many (ourselves included) believe it relates to this space.

We may finally see some of the rumors of this land's next theme come true.
