We are still buzzing from learning about Microsoft IQ, the new Autopilot from Microsoft called Scout🦞, the new Closed Loop Learning 👩‍🎓 for Power Apps MCP Server, and the Connector Inventory 🗃️ for governance.

Our friends from The Cloud Advocacy 🥑 team at Microsoft published some great resources again this week, including a guide by April Dunam to help us understand when to use Sout, Copilot Cowork, M365 Copilot, or Copilot Studio. Scott Durow posted a great visual walkthrough about the completely new ✨️ experience for building with Copilot Studio! It's not just a facelift - it has been rebuilt from scratch, and the whole mental model has changed! 🤑 Episode 87: Burning Tokens 💸

This episode is brought to you live from Oslo! 🎙️ Well, not live - but you know, we like to say that. Nick took a detour back from the amazingly well-organized 😎 Dynamics Minds, where he had a blast speaking 🧑‍🏫 and partying into the night 🕺 on the Slovenian coast.

This time, we found some amazing content on new skills that allow your agents to create Copilot Studio Agents 🤖 and agent skills that can analyze and improve your agents. We dive straight into the deep waters, discussing token use, the consulting business model, and value-based billing. This is a discussion that keeps coming up in many circles, and we haven't figured it out, either. We also talked about the new AI certifications 🏅 that you can get and why they are important - even today! There was a fair bit on Power Pages, and also Claude Dynamics Workflows (that has nothing to do with Power Platform, but seems pretty cool - and doesn't consume as many tokens).

🤔 Episode 86: What is PPAC? 🤓

There might have been some caffeine in the mix this week as well, cause someone's energy is running high 🫨 . Someone else has a nice tan 😎💪 (We know what you are thinking, and it's the other way around 😜)

Anywho - this episode is full og both community content and golden nuggets from Microsoft! We loved Agent Academy Live from the Microsoft Cloud Advocacy Team! Dona Sarkar 💃 and April Dunnam 👠 were great hosts in the studio, and we were inspired by Ryan Cunningham's 👩‍🚀 keynote. What's your moonshot? 🚀

We also loved seeing familiar faces from the community on Agent Academy Live, like Vivian Voss and Andreas Adner, come together with Microsoft people like Joe Fernandez and Marcel Ferreira to create a solid foundation for understanding the Power Platform. Did you catch their hackathon challenge at the end, where you have the chance to win money? 💸

Speaking of teams in Microsoft, the Power CAT Team 😻 is no longer maintaining the CoE Starterkit - and now we have to look to PPAC to get the same insights into our Power Platform inventory of apps📱, flows, users, and 🪢 data flow. What is PPAC? Well - that's what a colleague of Ulrikke was asking the other day too - it's the Power Platform Admin Center! And we found some fresh new AI tools for you to use when you decide to make the transition ♻️ from CoE Starter Kit to PPAC.

☕️ Episode 85: 10 Coffees and a RedBull 😜

The only new author on our list this time was Shashank Bhide with his blog post about how he used Gemini and Copilot CLI to modify the Ribbon in a model-driven app. We also saw content solving everything from small hacks for Customer Insights Journeys to big announcements for updates to Copilot Cowork.

We are about Live on May 12th and can't wait to deliver the Recruit course again as a workshop at in Copenhagen on June 29th.

🎪 Episode 82: Travelling Circus 🤹

This episode was recorded on the first day of MVP Summit, in DevRel Studios at Microsoft campus in Redmond, Seattle. We had a lot of fun recording in a professional studio🎥 , and we are so grateful for the opportunity to record here🙏 . Unfortunately, even though the sound quality was impeccable for once - Ulrikke's voice was not 🙃

We did a short recap of Canadian Power Platform Summit in 🍁 Vancouver where Nick was one of the organizers and Ulrikke was part of a panel discussion. The amazing keynote by Keegan Chambers was heartwarming 💗 and touched on a topic that a lot of us in tech relate to; neurodivergence.

One of the major highlights this last few weeks was the announcement of 🤖 Copilot Cowork. We also wanted to highlight community content around how we see community friends and old colleagues play with different AI tools and put them to work in creative way, like Fredrik Engseth and Sean Astrakhan. There is also a lot happening around the Frontier Framework and the Microsoft IQ stack that we keep an 👀 eye on and share some new learning resources for.
