THE WHATEVER PALACE IS GOING TO SLEEP UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, WHILE 5EVER ACTIVATES ***HUNDY LOFI MODE***

Kia ora koutou,

After some hmming, ahhing, crying, and trying - we decided the most radical thing we can do right now is rest.

There’s still a few more workshops and events coming up over the next week, like Iftar for a Liberation on the 15th, a sword workshop on the 5th, and live coding on the 7th! But the Whatever Palace is starting its sleepy time routine.

The Whatever Palace was only supposed to be a December thing. Then it became a January thing, and then a February thing (in a whole new space next door!). And that’s thanks to all of you who used it and all of you who believed in and allowed it to unfold. It’s not goodbye to The Narnia of Wellington, it’s just a see you later alligator. There’s such a need for it. We know this.

We’re still making books, working through manuscripts, and working through existing and upcoming projects.

But simultaneous to the missions, holidays are happening, big transitional periods are in full swing, Saturn is returning, WINZ is calling, Pisces be seasoning, life be life-ing, and we are only human. Who knew?

We look forward to taking some time to take care of bottom level Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs type-shiii. Strengthening the pou of ngā whare. Exhaling. Coming back and being a little less whatever/however, and a little more 5EVER.

You can still get in touch with us here on the Instas, the Facebooks, and the Gmails. We’re still here. Lurking. Checking. We can’t help ourselves lol. But we may honour postal correspondence and take a few days to reply. And that’s okay. ☺️
