I’m absolutely thrilled to be back! The last six months were a bit of a rollercoaster for me. I won’t get into all the details, but let’s just say I spent several weeks feeling really under the weather—probably from all the stress. But now I’m feeling great and couldn’t be happier to return!

I've been training with the Kettlebell for quite some time. Since January, I've been working towards a certification that I was determined to achieve. After getting approval from my physical therapist, I'm excited to announce that I am now officially certified! But this is just the beginning for me. There are many talented coaches out there that I still want to learn from. This certification is just the first step, and now I am eager to continue practicing and improving myself so that I can help others along the way. The journey has just begun! Also, a big shout out to who joined me at the last minute for the certification and did an amazing job. Many thanks to and .dpt for facilitating such a great weekend certification. 🏋️‍♂️
