Hot Chip return with a new retrospective album and live dates for 2025.

‘Joy In Repetition: The Best of Hot Chip’ lands on 5 September and is available to pre-order now. Featuring over two decades of pioneering pop, the compilation is accompanied by a bespoke cover designed by legendary British artist Sir Peter Blake - centring on one of his own characters: a monkey with miniature cymbals, chosen as the mascot for this unique collection.

Out now is ‘Devotion’, a brand new track from the band, accompanied by a striking video directed by Will Kindrick. Head over to YouTube to watch now.

In support of the release, Hot Chip will play a run of intimate shows in London, New York and Los Angeles - their only scheduled live appearances for 2025. Tickets for the London night at Troxy are on sale now.

Shadow Child enters a bold new chapter with the release of ‘Say It Now’ - a euphoric tribute to rave heritage and a statement of intent for what’s to come. Out Thursday 17 July on his new label home London Records, the track fuses shuddering breakbeats, soaring vocals from the legendary Bernard Fowler, and a fresh take on early ‘90s rave sonics.

Known for pushing boundaries across genres, Shadow Child has spent the last decade building a sound that blends bass-weighted club power with melodic, emotional depth — always evolving, never standing still. From Cream Ibiza to BBC Radio 1, collaborations with Jake Shears and remixes for Pet Shop Boys and Dizzee Rascal, he continues to define his own lane.

When The Cure’s Robert Smith reached out to Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy as an admirer of her productions, he offered her the rare opportunity to remix any track from the band’s latest album. She chose the beautiful “And Nothing is Forever”, and brought in Joe Goddard (Hot Chip) and Al Doyle (Hot Chip / LCD Soundsystem) to join her on the remix.

The result: the Cosmodelica / Electric Eden Remix - the first official release tied to Electric Eden, a new project from Colleen, Joe, Al, Alexis Taylor, and Lou Hayter. This moment offered the perfect way to begin sharing it with the world, with plenty more to come.
