Track Récord Philippines en Miss Universe

🇵🇭 Philippines tuvo su debut en el año 1952, pero tuvieron que esperar hasta 1954 para lograr su primera clasificación con Blesilda Ocampo quien logró formar parte del Top 16 de ese año.

Actualmente Philippines cuenta con 29 clasificaciones y 4 coronas universales, su primera corona llegó en 1969 con Gloria María Díaz, cuatro años más tarde llegaba la segunda corona para su país con María Margarita Moran en 1973. Para su tercera corona tuvieron que pasar 42 años y llegó de la mano de y su cuarta llega en 2018 con .

Este año Philippines obtiene su tercera clasificación consecutiva con con su belleza, determinación, preparación e inteligencia cualidades muy necesarias para ser una verdadera reina logró traer determinación vuelta al top 5 a Philippines, luego de cuatro años de no llegar a esta instancia, siendo la última vez en el 2021, este año una final muy controversial Ahtisa Manalo finalizando en el puesto de 3rd Runner Up.

El premio especial de Miss Photogenic inició a entregarse en el año 1956 y la primera en recibirlo fue la alemana, Marina Orschel y este año tras nueve años de ausencia regresa el premio especial a Miss Photogenic, reconocimiento especial era otorgado por los fotógrafos a la candidata más fotogénica de la competencia de Miss Universe.

Este año la ganadora fue: 🇨🇷 Costa Rica - quien se convierte en la segunda costarricense en ganar dicho premio especial, la primera fue en 1978 con Maribel Fernández García, mejor conocida como “Maribel Guardia”.

Los países que más veces han ganado este reconocimiento son: 🇵🇭 Philippines con 7 (1971, 1973, 1996, 1997, 2005, 2006, 2007), 🇵🇷 Puerto Rico con 6 (1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2014) y 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 England con 5 (1959, 1962, 1976, 1979, 1988). 🇵🇷 Puerto Rico tiene el récord de ser el país que más veces consecutivas ha ganado dicho reconocimiento con 4.
