I talk about aligned action a lot, and tbh this is what it looks like 😂
sh*tty af aim, missing shots, stumbling awkwardly, landing so far away from the target it’s laughable.
but aligned action to me means continuing to set the intention, to take the shot, no matter how ungraceful it looks to do so…
because eventually, as you keep doing it and doing it and doing it, you DO get closer to the target, new insights pop up, you learn yourself better, and you find yourself on a path of alignment.
aligned action IS heart-led, and our hearts can lead us in messy ways. but so can our heads so F if, may as well go with the heart and what feels right.
anyway, I did not in fact hit my target on this night. but I at least had a consistent, ferocious goal of trying to dunk these children under water… and that, my friends, is what’s most important 🫶
