It’s 4/30 y’all. The MEL Mercury-Edsel-Lincoln 430 CID Super Marauder Engine had 10.5:1 compression, 3 deuces and made 400 horse power in 1958, claiming to be the first American engine hit this number. It was produced from 1958 to 1965 and was also used in some Thunderbirds. A true powerhouse ahead of its time.
