Episode 73 is live! ✨ In this week’s episode, I’m wrapping up the three-part series I call, The Summer I got Married, with the MOB, Elaine, to yap about our epic wedding weekend in Port Austin, Michigan. Part three is the BTS of Sunday, setting up for an arrivederci breakfast to say goodbye to our family and friends. The rest of the day is spent lounging lakeside, a boat ride to my favorite beach Port Crescent State Park and eating dinner at in Caseville. From sun up to sun down, the day was filled with reminiscing and spending quality time with loved ones. So grateful for a magical weekend and I want to do it all over again! 🥹

As always, thanks for listening and supporting my podcast show, it means the world to me. I had a blast creating this series with my mom and I can’t believe I’m saying this but editing these episodes was a real joy to relive it all. Lol.

Next week I’m back to interviewing some fabulous guests that I can’t wait to introduce to my community. 🔥

We just received our wedding ceremony video from our videographer, and I was bawling my eyes out because it was so touching, emotional, funny, and so so special. I want to do it all over again! 🥹

Episode 72 is live! 🚀🗣️🎙️🎧 In this week’s episode I’m sitting down with the MOB, Elaine, to yap about our wedding weekend extravaganza that took place the first weekend of August in beautiful Port Austin, Michigan. This is part two of the three-part series I’m calling, The Summer I got Married, and this week I’m taking my audience behind the scenes as we detail the BIG WEDDING DAY from sun up to sun down. From the wedding ceremony, reception, surprises (SO MANY GOOD ONES and TWO NOT SO GOOD ONES), and so much more! From not sleeping a wink the night before the big day to the first look, an unforgettable culinary experience, and reliving every single detail of the day by the hour, it was a lot of fun to edit this one. I’m taking you along for the emotional ride I experienced being a bride for the day that was so memorable and full of love. Essentially, we are talking about our Saturday Super Bowl!

So fun to reflect back and relive it all over again and part 3 will publish next week. My hope is that this gives you an escape to be entertained, brings you some joy, and giggle with us as my one liners were popping this episode. ✨

Episode 71 is live! 🚀🗣️🎙️🎧 In this week’s episode I’m sitting down with the MOB, Elaine, to yap about our wedding weekend extravaganza that took place the first weekend of August in beautiful Port Austin, Michigan. This is a three-part series I’m calling, The Summer I got Married, and the next three weeks I’m taking my audience behind the scenes as we detail out all that transpired, the preparation, the emotions, the shenanigans, the weather, and marrying the love of my life. We start off this episode with Elaine’s list of home improvements, prime day purchases, the play by play of friends and family arrivals to kick off an epic celebration. We also chat about the seven-page PDF document (!!!), rehearsal dinner, and welcome gathering hosted by my eldest brother and sister-in-law. Essentially, we are talking about the weeks leading up to the weekend as well as Thursday and Friday respectively.

I had a lot of fun editing this episode and reliving it all over again and I can’t wait to edit the other two episodes as well (next week is the ceremony and reception!). My hope is that this series gives you an escape to be entertained, brings you some joy, and giggle with us. I apologize in advance for my potty mouth, but it really just adds to the storytelling for me. LOL. ✨

🎥✨ This week I had the incredible opportunity to be interviewed by Live on the D+ and I’m still buzzing about the experience!

It was pretty surreal being in the studio under the bright lights with three cameras a few feet away but at the same time it felt oddly very comfortable. I’ve never been on live television before so there was no script, no prep questions, nada, just me and my authentic self sharing my passion for teaching others the power of podcasting through my new digital course, The Podcast Container, I just launched on my website!

Grateful to connect with online viewers and huge thanks for the amazing crew that were so warm and welcoming! Let’s do it again soon! 😉

Episode 68 is LIVE! 🗣️🎙️🎧🚀 In this week’s episode I’m bringing you 8th annual Women SEEN event, with a LIVE podcast recording featuring fourteen women expressing to me what it means to them to be “seen”. These women shared that being seen is showing up authentically, speaking their truth, being validated, having a voice and using it in a confident way, having the courage to put yourself out there and so much more. It was an inspiring event at the Daxon Hotel in Birmingham Michigan, led by co-founders of SEEN Media Group, and , where women networked with experts in various industries and heard from several powerful speakers that shared their personal stories that left the attendees feeling empowered, uplifted, and connected. 💞

Thank you to all of my guests for joining me behind the mic, I had a blast connecting with you all. I know I always feel seen when I do this work, fills my cup up as it’s very rewarding, and I’m grateful to serve my SEEN sisters. Thank you to Amy and Carol for giving me this opportunity to collaborate with the SEEN Media Group and congratulations on another successful event! Can’t wait for next year. 💫

Episode 61 is LIVE! 🗣️🎙️🎧🚀 In this episode, I’m sitting down with my new friend Vinita Parekh, Founder of to talk about her entrepreneur journey after her son requested healthy snacks and homemade meals that he could make in his insta pot. What started as a hobby has now scaled to a thriving business. I met Vinita about a year ago at an , founder of , a networking event and I was immediately drawn to her story, calm energy, and just good vibes all around. Little did I know how incredibly innovative and creative she was once I got to really know her. The name Karma means the circle of giving, represents eating good, thinking good, and doing good for yourself and your community. Vinita uses ancient principles and past teachings to mindfully source clean ingredients (legit travels to India 3 times a year!) that maximize health benefits and sustainability at the forefront of all her products she creates. I’m absolutely OBSSESSED with her popped water lily seed snacks, herbal teas, and everything she embodies in her brand. Thanks for sharing your story with me Vinita! 💞✨

Episode 58 is LIVE! 🗣️🎙️🎧🚀 In this episode, I’m sitting down with garden consultant, Rachael Carter, of .gardens to talk about how to make a garden for your lifestyle. Rachael creates a kitchen garden that feeds 80% of her family of four throughout an entire course of the year and helps other individuals do the same. 🌱 She has a background in environmental science and biology and walks me through the steps to create a successful garden which starts with the setup, soil quality to lay the foundation for a thriving organic garden, and visualizing a vertical chart to organize your garden plans. She also determines if individuals should start from seed or buy garden plants, best time of year to start, and intuitively harvesting. 😎 Rachael has inspired me to expand my potager outside my kitchen doors this year and I’m excited to fully lean in. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion with me Rachael! 👩‍🌾🥬🌿🍅🥒🌶️
