#চীন শক্তিশালী করার জন্য প্রায় ১২ বছর তাদের দেশে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ভর্তি কার্যক্রম বন্ধ রেখেছিলো। চীন সরকারের বক্তব্য ছিল-
এত ছেলেমেয়ে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়ে কি করবে???
কোথায় চাকরি পাবে???
কেই বা চাকরী দিবে???
এত হাজার হাজার বেকারকে চাকরী দেয়ার মত প্রতিষ্ঠান চীনে নেই। এই সময়টায় চীন ছাত্রছাত্রীদের আধুনিক প্রশিক্ষন দিয়েছিল নানা ধরণের ট্রেড কোর্সে। স্বল্প মেয়াদী ট্রেড কোর্স শিখে চীনের ছেলেমেয়েরা স্বাবলম্বী হয়ে গেলো। প্রতিটি বাড়ি গড়ে উঠল একটা করে ছোট ছোট কারখানায়। পরিবারের সবাই সেখানে কাজ করে। বড় ফ্যাক্টরী করার আলাদা খরচ নেই। ফলে পণ্যের উৎপাদন খরচ কমে গেলো। বর্তমানে যে কোন পণ্য স্বস্তায় উৎপাদন করার সক্ষমতায় তাদের ধারে কাছে কেউ নেই।
পৃথিবীর প্রতিটি অঞ্চলে চাইনিজ পণ্যের প্রসার বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। ফলে তারা বিশ্ব বাণিজ্যের এক অপ্রতিরোধ্য পরাশক্তি। উপযুক্ত মুল্য দিলে তারা এমন জিনিস বানিয়ে দেবে যার গ্যারান্টি আপনি চাইলে ১০০ বছরও দিতে পারবেন।
বাংলাদেশে সিমফোনি, ওয়ালটনসহ বহু প্রতিষ্ঠান এই চায়নার বদৌলতেই কিছু করে খাচ্ছে।
অপর দিকে বাংলাদেশে প্রতিনিয়ত গড়ে উঠছে বেকার বানানোর কারখানা। এর আধুনিক নাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়। প্রতি বছরই দুই একটা নতুন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় তৈরী হচ্ছে আর বের হচ্ছে কয়েক হাজার বেকার। দল বেঁধে পড়ানো হচ্ছে বিবিএ, এমবিএ অথবা চিরচরিত সেই ডাক্তারি অথবা ইঞ্জিনিয়ানিং। এত বেকারের ভীড়ে চাকরী বাংলাদেশে একটি সোনার হরিণ। কোম্পানীরাও এটা বুঝে। ফলে এই দেশের শিক্ষিত ছেলেরা প্রত্যাশা অনুযায়ী-
বেতন পায় না,
চাকরী পায় না
আর পেলেও সহ্য করতে হয় মালিক অথবা বসের নানাবিদ অদ্ভুত পরীক্ষা ও অপেশাদার আচরণ ।
অবশ্য, দীর্ঘদিন বিভিন্ন জাতির শোষণের যাতাকলে পিষ্ট হয়ে আমাদের জাতির জীবনে প্রবেশ করেছে ভৃত্যগিরির মানসিকতা। আমরা মনে করি স্যুট, টাই পড়ে কোন কাজ করতে পারলেই বুঝি সেখানেই জাতির সফলতা। এটা আসলে একটি অপ্রকাশ্য দৈন্যতা, যা কেউ স্বীকার করছেন না। এই দেশের অর্থনীতির জন্য সামনে খুব ভয়াবহ দিন অপেক্ষা করছে।
তাই, বাংলাদেশের উচিত চীনের মত একটা পদক্ষেপ নেয়া। চাকরী করে দেশের উন্নতি হয় না, আমাদের উদ্যোক্তা প্রয়োজন। তাই শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার আমুল পরিবর্তন প্রয়োজন, গুরুত্ব দেয়া উচিত কর্মমুখী শিক্ষায়।

The Marketing Communications Specialist will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing and will play an important role in executing Rosendin’s digital vision, which is focused on the creation of relevant and impactful emails and social media content.
