Before we even start editing, we sit through hundreds of pieces of raw footage.
And you know you’ve got the best job AND the best client when you’re smiling like a Cheshire Cat the entire time.

We genuinely thought it would be RUDEE not to share some of the raw footage and vibes that never get shown!

For those who went… WHAT AN EVENT.

Here’s what we learnt as women in business 🤍

Collaboration over competition.👏🏼👏🏽 No side-eye. No weird energy. Just women clapping for women. Sophia doesn’t just preach it SHE LIVES IT. Don’t compete. Don’t side-eye. Collaborate, learn and uplift one another.

Kindness is everything.🤎 Sophia has the kindest soul, and it’s something our team always notices. No matter how ‘big’ you get, never lose yourself. Keep your feet on the floor. Stay grounded. She treats EVERYONE the same and that’s what makes her memorable for the right reasons.

Dancehall in at a conference? Yes please.🇯🇲🇯🇲 We loveeee our dancehall at Ta**us Studios, so when we heard Vybz Kartel playing, we couldn’t help but smile. It’s not something you hear at a conference often… and we love to see it. Build something powerful, but always stay you.

You can be a mother and STILL succeed.
Whoever told women we can’t have it all… THEY LIED 🤥
Yes, it takes blood, sweat and literal tears. Long nights. Curveballs. Poorly babies. The unseen load we carry behind closed doors.

But women like prove that with resilience and hard work, you can absolutely smash your goals, without choosing between motherhood and ambition.

We feel so honoured to be chosen to capture Sophia’s content. There aren’t many jobs you leave feeling empowered yourself… but this was one of them.
