NEW FERRY SUMMER FESTIVAL 2025🌞🎠

Great to see the return of this local festival for me, lots going on here, trade stalls, big children's funfair, food, dinosaurs, donkeys, inflatables, displays, games, and lots more!
The festival is on today and tomorrow 10am-4pm and the forecast is looking decent! 👌🌞

FREE entry and FREE parking nearby.

🌞🏖🎡🎉NEW BRIGHTON SUMMER FESTIVAL OPENS FRIDAY 25TH JULY🎉🎡🏖🌞

Here's some updated drone shots from this afternoon, so much activity now around the site as more catering units for the street food and drink, and also the food market and other stalls. The entertainment stage looks pretty much ready to go and the large funfair is pretty much there now too.
Glorious weather there earlier, nice and warm.

I will be back there tomorrow to capture the event on opening day and each day through until Sunday.

The New Brighton Summer Festival opens 11am Friday 25th July at 11am -7pm for 3 days.

Last nights build up photos from the Dips at New Brighton for the Summer Festival which starts tomorrow for 3 days.

🎠🎉NEW BRIGHTON FOOD AND DRINK FESTIVAL 2025🎡🎉

First day of the build up almost complete, the line up here is amazing this year, bigger than ever!
The site is just going to have more and more added over the next 24/36 hours as there are music stages, more rides and games to go up, all the food and catering units, and the market, there is so much going on here this Friday, Saturday Sunday.

Huge thanks to Kate for allowing me onto the site, and to all the showmen there building what is set to be an incredible show for New Brighton this weekend.

⛱️🎠Trafford Centre Summer Fair NOW OPEN🎠🏖

It was great to visit The Trafford Centre once again yesterday for their latest Summer Fair which opened yesterday and runs until the 31st August.

Among the rides making a welcome return are everyone's favourite, Sea Storm, as well as the huge Crash Test spinning coaster, the Star flyer, Pirate Ship, my favourite Ghost train Terror Towers, and the Huge Jumbo Circus funhouse.
For the younger thrill seekers there are lots of rides including the Caterpillar coaster, chairswings, Tea cups, Balloon ride, and lots more.
Don't forget the stunning gallopers just outside the event which is well worth a go also!🎠🏖
There are lots prize games on offer including the "Prize every time" Hook a duck which is my go to as im rubbish at games.👀😬🤣
The summer beach theming is back again with the large beach and Splash Zone, which are included in your entry ticket.
New for this is year is an undercover Craft zone for the younger ones, which gives the kids the chance to try a number of a crafting activities, which will change each week. This is also included with your entry ticket.
There are also a variety of food, drink, and sweet options as usual and a number of seating areas, including the wooden chalet huts for parents to watch the kids from as they enjoy the rides.
Rides operate on a token basis with most rides costing between 3 and 5 tokens, Crash Test being 5 tokens a ride. Tokens cost £1 each, but check out the token deal online (see link below).
Admission is £3.50 on the gate, but can be booked online for £3 plus booking fee.

Opening hours are 12-8pm daily and parking is free.

It's great to have the event back again as I firmly believe these events add a lot to the overall offering at the Trafford Centre for families throughout the year.

I'd highly recommend a visit.
