The 2025 Christmas period for rural carriers starts today and ends Friday, December 26, 2025. Article 9.2.H., Christmas Allowances and Procedures, of the 2024-2027 National Agreement will apply during this period.

Did you know federal employees can contribute more to their Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) accounts next year? The IRS has increased the maximum annual contribution limit to $24,500. Additionally, employees aged 50 or older can save an additional $8,000 through catch-up contributions, and federal employees who are 60 to 63 can save even more with a catch-up contribution of $11,250.

💡 Take a moment to review your current TSP contributions and investment allocations, and consider increasing your contributions in 2026 to keep them aligned with your retirement goals and risk tolerance.
