Woohoo!! It's finished 😍

The Poet Express--one of my babies I created 4 years ago. I have finally created a full-blown, shiny product out of it.

6-8+ Days of Lessons, depending how long your ELA blocks are! Perfect for grades 4-6, but could even be used in other grades with a few little tweaks. :)

Reviews like this just make me want to cry!

Deciding to leave teaching was really hard. I was worried about feeling fulfilled and wondered if I would still make a difference.

I realize now, through TPT lessons I create and instructional coaching, my reach is not just 25 students/year (although that is an amazing impact).

I have the opportunity to reach teachers all over the world, potentially reaching and impacting thousands of students.

It's easy to think you're not enough. Or that your ideas aren't actually good enough. Reviews like this make me know to keep going!!

Guys, 2 months of work and it is finally DONE! I created my first FULL classroom decor pack. This has always been a goal of mine.

It is my Rustic Bloom theme, but I expanded it to be a gardening theme with seed packets, rain boots, tools, and and little snail. :)

This is so much fun. Next up: National Park!! 🌲

What have I been working on?

Turning my most popular kits into FULL CLASSROOM DECOR bundles. This has been a lot of work but I am having so much fun!

Rustic Bloom complete kit will be done at the end of June. Then, I plan to dive into making my National Park Bundle a complete classroom decor kit!

3 years ago, I opened my store under the name Matches & Marigolds.

Today, I feel I have grown as a creator. I am leaning into embracing my identity as a teacher-mentor and resource to help others still in the classroom.

For that reason, I am rebranding to include my name in my work. This page will turn into "Teach Whit Me"

To honor my previous brand, I have included the pencil matchstick. This pencil matchstick represents my ultimate GOAL for education. "Lighting the Fire" in students with engaging, relevant experiences.

I will be launching a full website soon, with my blog and resources. I will also be starting to post my journey on TikTok, to help you learn how to join the TPT game, teaching tips/tricks, and more!
