In my late 20s, I made a life-altering decision to leave behind my finance studies in NYC and embark on a soul-searching journey. As I traveled the globe, I found solace and a deeper sense of purpose through the practice of yoga, which led me on a path of self-discovery and self-acceptance, including embracing my sexuality.

Now rooted in Amsterdam, I am passionately building a community and pursuing training to become a licensed psychotherapist. My mission is to help individuals integrate profound and transformative experiences into their daily lives, empowering them to unlock their full potential and live mindfully and authentically.

I am deeply committed to holistic living, fascinated by the scientific principles that underpin it, and actively engaged in larger projects related to this field. Additionally, I am fortunate to work with an online platform that focuses on sexual wellness education, promoting healthy and fulfilling intimate lives.

While spirituality remains a cornerstone of my existence, I believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle that embraces the full spectrum of human experiences, including moments of celebration and connection. I started my podcast project, "Moment of a Change", all by myself after being inspired by a friend who shared their life story with me. I felt a deep desire to help others share their own stories of transformation and growth.

To get started, I approached people on the street and asked friends if they were willing to spare some of their time with me to record a story of a moment of change that had happened to them. After recording their stories, I carefully edited them to create a podcast that would inspire and uplift others.

As the "Moment of a Change" podcast grew in popularity, I received messages from listeners around the world who had been deeply moved by the stories they heard. I was amazed at the power of storytelling to connect people and help them find meaning and purpose in their lives.

For me, "Moment of a Change" means a lot in terms of supporting the collective in finding back the connection among us as human beings. It has become more than just a platform for sharing stories - it's a mission to help people find a sense of connection and belonging in a world that can often feel disconnected and fragmented.

Today, my podcast continues to thrive, bringing valuable content to listeners all around the world. It's a testament to my passion and dedication to seek out and share stories that inspire and uplift others.
