At Angelic Core Stretch, Young specializes in recovery-focused stretch therapy that emphasizes deep, intentional stretching. Her studio offers a range of services, including Pilates, Barre, Holistic Stretch Therapy, Paint & Sip Experiences, and Wax Melt-Making Workshops, all designed to encourage relaxation, connection, and healing.
Her clients are often women, ages 25–50, who suffer from chronic pain in their hips, back, knees, wrists, and legs, many of whom are recovering from car accidents, work injuries, surgeries, or even battle-related trauma. In a city where car accidents and stress-related injuries are common, Young’s work offers a much-needed path to recovery and balance.
“Stretching is not a luxury, it’s essential,” Young says. “When doctors push painkillers or insist on endless treatments, many survivors are left to fend for themselves. I built AngelicCore Stretch to fill that gap.”

Verizon is empowering small businesses with its Digital Ready program, offering free training, tools, and resources to help entrepreneurs grow their online presence and master essential digital skills. Through Digital Ready, you can attend expert-led courses, participate in virtual events, and gain practical insights to strengthen your business in today’s digital economy.

As part of this initiative, Verizon is awarding $10,000 grants to 50 small businesses.
