We won today, but something still feels missing. The chemistry, the fighting spirit, the leadership that reminds every player who they represent and what wearing that Liverpool shirt means.

That pride, that hunger, that refusal to give up — those are the things that can turn an average player into a world-class one. Three points matter, but so does the identity of this club. We need that fire back.

That first half was absolutely dreadful. Nobody has a clue how to create a chance, let alone score. Sideways passes, zero urgency, zero imagination—are we trying to win or just waiting for the final whistle?

I think last season, when he won the Premier League, people said it was because of Jürgen Klopp’s squad. Now he’s trying to prove that wrong, but this season it feels like he’s forcing it too much. In the process, he’s starting to undo what Klopp built.

I have a strong feeling that everything happening now started when Arne Slot publicly lashed out at Ekitike in the media. Since then, I’ve lost trust in how he manages the players.

Before, the team played with unity, strong bonding, and great spirit — that was our identity. Now, it feels like we’ve lost that. That’s why Jürgen Klopp always emphasized “people first,”.He focused on the human side of the players, building their mentality and connection.

We didn’t rely on big star signings back then — we built a team with the right mindset. And honestly, that’s what I feel we’re missing now.

The time has come. I find myself at a loss for words.

I’d love for Xabi Alonso to be our manager. I really miss seeing him at Liverpool.
