We’re told only 15 spots remain for the Diesel Truck Challenge. Dirt Drags registration closes at 8 pm on October 8th. Show 'n Shine registration ends this Sunday, the 21st.

If you know of Ultimate Callout Challenge, the biggest event in the diesel industry, then you should know the man behind much of its growth, Chris Searle.

If you’ve heard of Blessed Performance, the successful Wyoming-based diesel shop with a well-traveled mobile chassis dyno and that was a presenting sponsor at U.C.C. then you should know its owner and founder, Matt Story.

These two highly motivated individuals will be in control of NHRDA going forward. We envision a bigger event calendar for racers out West, possible expansion to the east—and maybe even an East vs. West season-ending showdown…

This 800+ hp version of the native-born, common-rail 3.0L packs top-feed style injectors, a 45mm VW-based turbo producing 70-psi of boost, water-to-air intercooling, and powers Daniel Green’s D-Max race truck through the quarter-mile in 8-second intervals.

On the heels of Hot Shot's Secret releasing its R100+ fuel this spring, a lot of heavy hitters promptly started running it—and one of those heavy hitters included 2025 Ultimate Callout Challenge Champion Josh McCormack. Hot Shot's cutting-edge race fuel played a crucial role in his 3,100 hp performance on the dyno, his 5.80-second 1/8-mile, and also helped carry him to a Third Place distance in the sled pull to take the overall win.
