🌞 Celebrating the Summer Solstice Weekend! 🌸

The Solstice may have officially passed a couple of days ago, but we’re soaking up every golden hour and stretching the joy all weekend long! ☀️

To keep things sweet and seasonal, we’re whipping up a Strawberry Thyme Simple Syrup—a fresh and flavorful infusion perfect for elevating your summer sips and treats.

✨ Strawberry Thyme Simple Syrup Recipe

🍓 1 cup sugar
🍓 1 cup water
🍓 8 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
🍓 1 sprig fresh thyme

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Stir until the sugar dissolves and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing gently to extract all the goodness.
Cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
This syrup adds a summery twist to cocktails, mocktails, iced coffee, lemonade, desserts—and just about anything else that could use a burst of berry-herb brightness. 🌿🍓
