The LeBron Era Portraits REMASTERED rebuilds the early 2010 NBA headshots and body portraits into a clean, modern presentation while preserving the authentic look of the original photography.
‎
Many portraits from this period suffer from heavy compression, inconsistent scans, harsh lighting, and color inaccuracies. Instead of simply upscaling them, every image has been carefully reconstructed and remastered into full HD to deliver a sharper and more consistent visual experience across the entire league.
‎
This project focuses on restoration first, enhancement second — maintaining the realism and identity of the original portraits while bringing them up to modern display standards.
‎
Each portrait has been carefully processed to:
‎
• Improve lighting and exposure balance
• Correct white balance for natural skin tones
• Remove compression artifacts and digital noise
• Restore lost detail and clarity
• Balance sharpness and contrast across all players
• Maintain consistent framing and alignment across teams
‎
To maintain a clean visual identity throughout the rosters, all portraits have been jersey-swapped into white uniforms. This removes mismatched team colors and keeps the focus exactly where it should be — on the players themselves.
‎
Stars, role players, and bench pieces now exist within the same visual standard instead of different generations of image quality.
‎
Subtle presentation polishing was also added so the portraits blend naturally with the broadcast-style presentation of NBA 2K26, maintaining a premium look without overprocessing or artificial detail.
‎
The result is a league that feels visually unified, modern, and true to the era.

Hello guys, this will be my final update for this portrait pack version. It will become free after the very last regular season game, which should be around the second week of April.

Thank you to everyone who supported me again this year. I sincerely appreciate it. I also want to apologize to those who genuinely purchased the product. Unfortunately, I had to make the portraits free after the regular season because as so you already know, someone has been publicly leaking my portraits for free, which honestly took away the motivation to continue updating this version and the media-day version.

This continues the visual direction I established with my Jordan Era Portraits REMASTERED. Every image has been rebuilt and remastered into full HD while keeping the identity and realism of the original photos. The goal is simple: modern quality, classic feeling.
‎
• Improved lighting and exposure
• Corrected white balance for natural skin tones
• Better contrast and depth
• Enhanced details without making faces look artificial
• Consistent framing and alignment across teams
‎
When you scroll through rosters, nobody looks out of place.
For these portraits, restoration always came first, enhancement second. Many from the early 2000's images suffer from compression, poor scans, heavy color casts, or uneven sharpness, so I rebuilt them to preserve the era’s authenticity while upgrading them for today’s displays.

• Increased clarity and definition
• Balanced sharpness across players
• Unified visual strength between teams

I also jersey-swapped every headshot so players are presented in clean white uniforms. This helps maintain visual consistency, removes distracting mismatches, and keeps the focus where it belongs — on the player.

I also added subtle presentation polish so everything blends naturally with the broadcast style of NBA 2K26. Nothing flashy, nothing distracting, just clean, premium consistency.

And yes, these are designed 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 with the Jordan Era portraits. No need to turn anything on or off or switch sets depending on what era you’re using.
