PDP Organises Iftar Party for Transgender Community in Srinagar
Srinagar, March 15: The Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) organised a special Iftar gathering for members of the transgender community in Srinagar, reaffirming its commitment to social inclusion and dignity for all sections of society.
The Iftar party was organised by PDP Additional Spokesperson Shoqia Qureshi. Several party leaders and members attended the event, including PDP General Secretary Mohammad Khursheed Aalam

They emphasised the need to promote respect, equality, and opportunities for transgender individuals so they can live with dignity and recognition.
Participants expressed gratitude for the gesture and highlighted the importance of such initiatives in promoting inclusion and understanding within society.
