đ¨ CONFESSION: I teach nervous system regulation⌠but Facebook & Instagram dysregulate me.
I find myself scrolling, checking, refreshing⌠wondering who saw my post, who engaged with it, if the algorithm is hiding my content⌠and honestly?
đĽ Itâs draining.
đĽ Itâs distracting.
đĽ Itâs not why I started this work.
The way we consume content impacts our brain. Scattered, overstimulated scrolling keeps our nervous system in a stress loop â making it harder to focus, feel present, and actually absorb information.
I practice what I preach, and that means creating a space that feels safe, aligned, and nourishing. So, Iâm moving the conversation off social media and into a place where I can actually show up fully, freely, and intentionally.
