🚨 CONFESSION: I teach nervous system regulation… but Facebook & Instagram dysregulate me.

I find myself scrolling, checking, refreshing… wondering who saw my post, who engaged with it, if the algorithm is hiding my content… and honestly?

💥 It’s draining.
💥 It’s distracting.
💥 It’s not why I started this work.

The way we consume content impacts our brain. Scattered, overstimulated scrolling keeps our nervous system in a stress loop – making it harder to focus, feel present, and actually absorb information.

I practice what I preach, and that means creating a space that feels safe, aligned, and nourishing. So, I’m moving the conversation off social media and into a place where I can actually show up fully, freely, and intentionally.

You know what I find crazy?

That people are so committed when it comes to make more money, yet health can always wait.

The funny thing? They end up spending what they earn to cure their diseases and illnesses.

“I’ll skip the gym, I’ve got work to finish”. Then, they use their earnings for antidepressants because they didn’t have time for a natural endorphins boost through exercise.

“It’s just a cigarette every now and then, it calms my nerves when I’m stressed at work”. Then, they regret not having preferred breathing fresh air when it ends up with constant coughing and throat clearing.

“Healthy food is so expensive, and I don’t have time for all the prep. Ready meals are fine”. Then, their guts becomes leaking and end up causing autoimmune diseases.

I was like that. Crazy. After I got my MS diagnosis, I finally opened my eyes.
And even though I can now say it takes very little to look after our physical/mental/emotional health, it was extremely difficult when I first started. Staying committed was so hard, but I knew it was the only way.
Maybe you’re not feeling happy where you are right now. And perhaps you are willing to change, but you are feeling so stressed and overwhelmed that you done know where to start.

Since becoming a parent, my top priority has become my child’s happiness.

As parents, we want the best for them, we want them to thrive.
We will do whatever in our power to make this happen.
What we don’t realise is that our ego is commanding our choices, and so our lived experience can become a weapon.

The first six years of our life we are mostly living in theta brain waves. It’s like being in a hypnotic state, highly programmable.
Anything that our child observes around them in this period, behaviours, beliefs, attitudes, becomes hardwired in their subconscious mind.
It is the most delicate period of their life.

As a parent, you have such a deep influence on your child’s future.

Do you really want to pass on fear and anxiety? Feeling not good enough?
Feeling unworthy, not deserving?
People pleasing?

A little work on ourselves can go a long way.
We have the power to be cycle breakers.

Isn’t that an amazing life achievement?

You’ve tried a couple of somatic practices and decided it doesn’t work? That’s like expecting a child to become a writer after reading just a few books.

Reconnecting with our body isn’t a two-minute job, it’s a lifelong exploration. I’ve been practicing consistently for over two years now, and I still feel like a curious beginner. Every session opens up something new, every movement teaches me more about myself.

This isn’t about instant results. It’s about learning the language of your body, moment by moment.

That’s where my 10-day challenge comes into play: Commit to at least 10 days of practice, just 3 minutes a day, and feel the immediate benefit.

I was just thinking about how “clear” I thought I was a few years ago about things in my life. I was convinced I had all figured out. What I wanted to do in life, my career, my goals.
Except I was missing the main point: I had no clue WHO I was and WHO I wanted to be.
That’s why I was feeling totally disconnected. I could not feel anything other than numbness.
But I had no time for this, I had to be productive, I had to work hard, make money, scale my career. Because that’s what life is about, right?

Welcome MS. My wake up call. I genuinely don’t know where I would be right now had I not receive its visit. The journey of introspection and self-discovery that has followed has been (and still is) so tough, and something I would hope everyone to experience. Not because I’m mean, rather the opposite.
It has allowed me to find the real clarity. It has allowed me to rebirth as the true me, the me who sees perfectly the societal and developmental conditioning she has been exposed to and who is capable to acknowledge them with compassion and acceptance towards herself.
I am so in tune with my values and who I am, that everything around me is shifting, evolving for the better, every day more. My relationships are improving; my business is improving; my health is improving. I am attracting what is in alignment with me.
And while MS is still inhabiting my body for now, I’m healed.

It all started with an intentional breath. A small, yet powerful, intentional breath led me here.
Sounds crazy, right?
And you know what’s even more crazy? Like you, I thought “what can a simple breath do?”. I thought I had no time for this. But on that one occasion my intuition spoke louder than usual, and decided to give it a go.
