I thought it was originally gonna be postponed for Proctor reasons but it appears he might not be competent to stay in trial.

His hearing for today and his trial set for October 20 are reschedule. He was ordered to a hospital to undergo a competency evaluation and his next hearing appears to be set for October 27.

Just two weeks before it was scheduled to get underway, Brian Walshe’s murder trial has been delayed amid concerns his attorneys have regarding his competency to stand trial.

A major update in the infamous 1991 Austin yogurt shop murders: investigators now believe serial killer Robert Eugene Brashers, who died in 1999, was responsible for the 4 murders. Retired detective John Jones says the gun Brashers used to take his own life matches evidence found at the crime scene.
