She's the matriarch. The one who holds the memory, the direction, and the safety of the whole herd, and moves with enough intention that everyone around her can move freely.
She leads with calm authority. Earns trust by showing up, not by announcing herself. Passes knowledge to the ones coming up behind her. Holds the social fabric of everything together... quietly, completely.
Oldest daughter energy. If you know, you know.
That's the energy I built this business on.
I notice what others miss. I catch what could break before a client does. I show up to hold the whole picture — not just the visible work, but the integrity layer underneath it.
She's been my symbol since the beginning because she doesn't need to perform her strength. It's simply present.
