We are excited to announce that Coach Glenn Wathen will be joining Bethlehem High School as our Head Girls Basketball Coach! Glenn Wathen previously served as the Head Coach for Whitefield Academy where he led the program to a record of 113-43 over the last 5 seasons, including a school record 25 wins this past year ending in the 6th Region Championship game.

Coach Wathen graduated nine seniors during his tenure at Whitefield and all nine have gone or will go on to play college athletics, two for soccer and seven for basketball.

Prior to coaching basketball, Coach Wathen served the United States Navy Honorably for 20 years (13 Active Duty) and was stationed at the Pentagon, Hawaii, San Diego, USS Ronald Reagan, and deployed with Navy Special Ops to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Coach Wathen's daughter Taylor will be a HS senior next year at Whitefield Academy and has committed to play Volleyball for Butler University.
