Get hyper focused in your entire day with an agenda!

There’s always time in the day to chip away at your to do list. I always used to make excuses that I wouldn’t have time to do certain things in the day but once I made a to do list with time outlines, I realized 24 hours in a day is A LOT of time to be productive and slowly work towards your end goals.

A mentor of mine helped me with this agenda and it actually worked out for me. I also realized that scrolling on social media throughout the day isn’t healthy but instead pick up a book, audiobook or podcast and really focus and pay attention to it, it will eventually help.

If you’re somebody who struggles with ADHD like me, adding these 30 minute time blocks will help and in-between those breaks its healthy to not look at your phone so you can slowly build up your focus and cognitive abilities to stay on track.

Hello to my thriving 30s start of a new chapter in my life :)

When I was 20, I never thought I'd be where I'm at today. I used to think that being surrounded by a lot of people and pleasing everybody was what I wanted, it was validation for my ego.

I sacifriced most of my 20s working hard and gave up majority of my weekends. I remember the days I was working two jobs at once and never thought I'd start my content creator journey back in 2017.

As I matured and learned in the most recent years that what I was doing in my 20s hustling and grinding, my 30s doesn't have to be that way either. We build ourselves up for success whether we start over again or not.

Feeling like ENOUGH is what matters, to feel good about the daily things I'm doing to move the needle forward and being around people who love you to help support you along the journey.

Thank you to all of you that have been on the journey with me and welcome to the new friends in my life

Ready to overcome your fears of going on camera?
Doing any activity for the first time is scary, like signing up to a new sport, new program, new career.

The progress in the beginning might seem slow but at the end of the day, it comes down to mindset. Remember, every expert was once a beginner. Everything comes down to executing and staying consistent to be perceived as an expert to the world. It comes down to you VERSES YOU.

How to Connect with Your Audience!

Gaining your audience's trust is like nurturing a friendship or dating. It's going to take time, effort, and proof to win over a viewer.

Prioritize building that meaningful connection with your audience by being genuine and showing up by creating content consistently with the intentions of building and not selling to people right off the bat.

Another year of celebrating the birth of me and all the achievements of 2022.

This year was about growing and shifting the mindset. It’s never easy to start from 0 again and the many challenges of unlearning bad habits and developing a sustainable routine align with new skillsets.

What are some goals you’ve achieved this year and what are your plans for 2023 ? 🏆

The problem I'm seeing with new marketers / creators is trying to sell right off the bat. Treat selling/advertising like a relationship. You want to take them out on a date first before you assume they are in a relationship with you.

Things to consider before cold calling:

- Find people in your niche or community: You want to know who aligns with your products or services before approaching them, figure out what type of market you are selling to and if they are interested in the product.
- Qualify your client: Get to know your clients on a personal level by asking them qualifying questions and determine if they are best suited for your products. You want to gain the trust and create a lasting relationship
- Demo your product: Share your lead magnet (how the product works and why you believe this will work for them) you can also share your testimonies/reviews, and case studies as well (TRUST IS KEY)
- Maintain a relationship: This is when you would figure out if the client is right for your product and your opportunity to pitch the sale. Your job is to remove friction from the purchase by building a relationship with the client and understanding the pain points first. If they are not sold right off the bat that's ok! The opportunity does not end there, continue to reach out and see if you can be helpful to them.

Understanding the customer journey should be the number 1 priority on skill sets you should develop before starting any coaching/business!

- Get to know your audience (Take the time to ask questions and don't rush into selling them because nobody likes to hear a sales pitch... BE PERSONABLE)

- Qualify your potential lead (See if your product or service aligns with their needs and wants, you don't want to SELL to anybody. The product should be a right fit for the lead)

- Create a desire (Make the decision for your prospect, if all the signals align make the lead feel confident and comfortable in the purchase. Share your testimonies, remove the fears and case studies of the end result)

- Call to action (Get your lead to act now, once they do you can follow up with them and continue to nurture your client)

The most important element in direct response marketing is to build relationships. Figure out what the client wants instead of selling something to them.
- Be relatable/personable.
- Figure out the pain points
- state WHY your offer is made for them
(Shift their beliefs)

Here are somethings I'm learning in my entrepreneur journey!

If you want to become the future you, it starts with your identity and what you stand for.
Change your routines and habits that might be holding you back. If you have a hard time with staying consistent at what you're doing or you seem to over commit yourself with taking on too many tasks.
Literally take it one step at a time, I've learned that, not only is it overwhelming but it can be confusing to know which direction I'm going with too many end goals.
Start by believing in your future plans by taking tiny steps to achieve the goals. The small efforts can be reading more books in the path you want to go or listening to other creators podcast to give you clarity and reassurance.

What helped me get clear and confident in my future plans, were looking up to others and doing case studies on their successes!
