Backstory: On December 8, 2019 I've uploaded my first 10 minute video and yeah there might be some pauses here and there but I didn't really give a damn at the time about how it would look like. Then I tried doing a 15 minute video 2 months later (February 2,2020 and February 4,2020) around when Kobe died. And I thought Hmmm, maybe I could do a 15 minute video instead of a 10 minute video.
But then, came the week after and on February 11,2020 I've made a 20 minute video defending Gayle King because some stupid people thought it would be a "good" idea to send death threats to her for doing her job. So later around the same month I deiced to make a 20 minute video on Kaitlin Bennett because she gets under people's skin so I deiced to stick with the 20 minute portion. Then came a VIRAL video of college students being stupid when COVID-19 was STILL in the early stages of getting even worse. So I did a thirty minute video on these spring breakers on March 20, 2020.
Fast forward to 2 months (May 23,2020) later my Samsung Galaxy Tab A broke down and I could no longer use the KINEMASTER app. I've used my phone to carry on making videos but that unfortunately lasted until July 17,2020 so I had to start on a Chromebook I was only able to make my videos 5 minutes long at the time when I found out about a Google extension called Screencastify which then lasted until I later discovered on Canva (which is the site I currently use to make thumbnails and logo originally) that they now expanded to video making.
So I created a short video on November 1,2020 as a test to see how it plays out and since then I fully stopped making my videos 5 minutes long. I was sick of making very short videos. On Canva I was able to put 5 minute video clips together and turned it into a long video. However while I can't edit out every "dead space" (as people say nowadays) on Canva because I can only go edit out the beginning portion and the end portion not particularly the middle of each section.
