Years ago we worked on the hit Canadian original series Little Mosque on the Prairie - revolutionary for its time. It highlighted the beauty that is the diverse Canada that we know and love. It lasted 6 amazing seasons.

Potluck Ladies, from creator Shazia Javed, is another beautiful show for our time, a tapestry of who we are made of. For those who haven't seen it yet, it's now out on Hollywood Suite and YesTV. Perhaps we'll have the pleasure of seeing many more seasons of this story as well. ♥️

Branded spots can be short films too!! We loved being a part of this thrilling short film “Undone” from TurboTax! This short horror film is now available for streaming.

"Undone" narrates the tale of Sophia (portrayed by Mitsuko Noguchi), a budding creative entrepreneur renowned for her visionary prowess in fashion design and jewelry crafting. Despite Sophia's adept management of her enterprise, she frequently finds herself overwhelmed by administrative chores and paperwork, a sentiment resonating with many young Canadians.

Through the lens of cinematic storytelling, the film delves into themes of anxiety, illustrating how negative thoughts and self-doubt can impact the lives of young Canadians. In "Undone," Sophia grapples with haunting visions of her disordered documents and the looming spectre of time slipping away.

Directed by Filip Terlecki, horror film director known for short films Suffer (our earlier work with Filip) and the Equalizer. The film was produced and posted completely at our Toronto studios with our friends from Group 793 studios. .agency

So incredibly proud of Potluck Ladies winning the best Drama Award at SeriesFest!

The International television festival and non-profit organization announced the victors of its Season 10 Independent Pilot Competition during an awards ceremony held in Denver on Sunday, marking the culmination of the 2024 event. Jurors reviewed 45 pilots from diverse creative talents worldwide during this significant celebration and chose winners across various categories.

The Jury Statement mentions that it recognizes the show's captivating exploration of an extraordinary realm of sisterhood and female camaraderie, alongside its insightful portrayal of cultural expectations, the Best Drama award is presented to a series whose characters deeply resonated with us, compelling us to eagerly anticipate their unfolding journeys - Potluck Ladies.
