Hi!👋 Been awhile since I’ve worked out! Fell off for a little bit, but today I decided to get back into it. Working out can be a roller coaster at times. Sometime we’re up and sometimes we’re down. That’s okay.

We learn to give ourselves grace and get back on track! Especially with the holidays. I’m not perfect and yet there’s been programs that I could’ve been doing to keep myself accountable, but I just didn’t do them.

However I’m proud of myself for stepping back on the mat and getting it done. After all the hardest part is making it to the mat. This workout left me shaking and I feel soooo good now!!💪😇

I wanted to try a new workout from new program Synergey and Wowza! That was a burner!! Wearing 5lb ankle weights gets heavy fast. The playlist was 🔥 and got me through.💪
