Big news! Fuse, known for its refined and seamless fusion of styles drawing from early and contemporary classical music, jazz, and improvisation, will soon release new music through Télès Music.

The sextet has performed over 1200 concerts at a wide range of venues both in the Netherlands and internationally, including SXSW, Eurosonic Noorderslag, and Wigmore Hall. In 2019, Fuse received an Edison award.

The album Mikrokosmos was created in collaboration with leading artists such as Bryce Dessner (The National) and Miho Hazama (M-Unit/Metropole Orchestra). The group is currently touring with Avi Avital, and in 2026 they’ll start releasing music from the new album, via Télès Music.

We’re proud to share the new album ‘Dyade’ by Challem. Listen now via the bio-link.

Dyade embodies duality or the relationship between two elements. The concept often suggests that each part is incomplete without the other, making it a powerful symbol for connection, duality, and the importance of both sides in creating something whole and meaningful.

During his move to the rural mountains, Challem quickly discovered the theme of dyade, which seemed to constantly present itself. The stark contrasts between solitude and community, stillness and movement, romance and reality, reflected the balancing forces that shaped both his surroundings and his inner world.

In the summer of 2025, Javier traveled all the way from Spain to the Netherlands to record his new album at the magnificent Moon Music Studios. Welcoming such an exceptional talent and capturing this moment on tape was truly special, and now seeing those recordings reach thousands of listeners makes it all the more incredible. And the good news is, lots of music is coming up. 🙏🏻

Great to see the Brussel by Guy van Nueten in the Pure Calm playlist on Apple Music. 🔷 In 2014, the Royal Film Archive in Brussels (Cinematek) released Bruxelles, ville en images, a collection with some of the oldest films about the city.

They asked Guy van Nueten to compose original music for it, which was quite the challenge given its length. One the films, Durch Brüssel (1910), is a 10-minute promotional piece. At one point, the camera rides a tram through the Zoniën Forest; in this context van Nueten wrote the very first version of this work.

It had its charm, but felt unfinished and was recorded under time pressure, so it didn’t make it onto Decent Music (2024, Télès Music).

Now, finally, here’s the fully realized piece: opening and closing on Bach’s first Prelude, with everything in between completely original. No repetitions.

The album is the result of a raw and reflective process turned into sound, shaped by grief and personal transformation. During three intense years, Alban turned to his saxophone to make sense of what words couldn’t express. A musical reflection of mourning, sorrow, and the search for what love truly means. The instrument became his voice, expressing his emotions and thoughts through melodies that carry both sorrow and light. It is music born from absence, yet reaching towards a warm embrace telling you, ‘It’s ok, I’m here’.

’To Break Your Heart’ is not about despair, but about what can emerge from it. It’s a soundscape where grief deepens into growth and where music guides the way. ‘There’s only the path we took.’
