I recently went on a fishing trip to Stilbaai with and we had the absolute best time!

We stayed just outside of town on a quaint little farm.

If you’re looking for a lekker holiday destination, Stilbaai is the place to go to. Not only is it a lovely holiday destination, but it’s also a paradise for eager fishermen.

Did you know about this waterfall hike in South Africa? 🇿🇦

This is 📍Castle Gorge, situated just over an hour outside of Johannesburg. This is a great day hike that you can do with family and friends on a lekker Summer’s day. You can definitely also do the hike in the Winter but the water will be ice cold! 😅

If you want to do the hike, head over to Quicket Castle Gorge and book your slot. The Johannesburg Hiking Club will then issue you a permit and voila, you’re going hiking. 🤩

And the wait is finally over…

Inside the mysterious Golden Suitcase was not just coffee, but a whole Dubai indulgence experience. From my own embroidered silk robe to a handcrafted cup and even a “Dubai passport” filled with coffee recipes. It’s safe to say Jacobs did not come to play.

The Vineyard Hotel is one of those places that makes you fall in love with Cape Town all over again.

Tucked away in leafy Newlands, this 4-star hotel has everything you could want! Lush gardens, Table Mountain views, and the kind of service that makes you feel right at home. I stayed in the Deluxe Mountain Facing room and I was spoiled with the most beautiful views of Table Mountain.

What I loved most is how much there is to enjoy without even leaving the property. Pool days, Slow walks through the gardens, a little time at the Angsana Spa, and meals that are honestly unforgettable. You can also have a high tea experience at Morii and enjoy a wine-paired dinner at The Square… And yes, I ordered room service to enjoy an in-room dining experience!
The Vineyard isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience and I can;t wait for my next visit!
