I think I have to talk about you, the Nigeria Real Estate Industry Actors.

How can you be selling a Mansion at more than 10billion naira please? Even in Ohio, the best and biggest State economy in the United States, the state that houses Columbus, A luxurious and furnished Pent house (better than many Nigeria Mansions) still goes for 1billion naira thereabout.

You need to stop this Real Estate Rentage and Sales Price Surge/Inflation Madness.

If you don't, I will consider quickly coming into the industry to put an end to Bricks and Mortal homes/houses. And start bringing my idea of a flexible, collapsible, movable, eco-friendly, remote controlled Mansions of 5million to 10million naira per one Mansions to life. I assure you, it will be more beautiful, and owners will be able to uncouple them and move them to new desired location at will.

And if I do, I assure you again, it will be a Tsunami.

Hello President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,

I'd like to remind you that before you emerge as the President, God decided to chose you .

You may trace and recall my published prophesy the day my 3rd Child was born (though it was rushly typed by my Personal Assistant then). Even though I'm not used to publishing prophesies, I prefer telling only people I need to tell. I published that one, because I was very mad at how many popular Nigeria Pastors then were prophesying that Peter Obi will be the next President. I knew they were wrong and had to correct them and put it on record.

In summary, according to how God showed me I prophesy your emergence, how it will come by, what will happen to America and Nigeria and how the Nigeria challenge that will happen during your tenure can be solved/mitigated.

But seriously, i don't want you to end up being a punishment president for Nigerians.

You are a good man right now and I sure know that you want the best and doing your best for Nigeria.

But be sensitive to this Mr President, "A government that does not properly tackle corruption will end up being a Futile and Fatal government".
You need to stop throwing Nigeria money into the Rats holes, the Rats will continue eating most or all the money.
