Tear down has started. So much work ahead, so for that perception is that E92 is a good platform but there are some corrosion to take care of before proceeding. Besides the joint for the propeller shaft has a small small clearance 🙈😅😊

Honing before and after breaking in the piston rings. Anyone who knows if this is within tolerance/accaptable? I have no idea 🤷♂️🙈😊

That’s not how we wanted it to look after 30 running hours. Looks like halfway to complete failure. Back to measuring and checking the details to see where we failed 🧐🧩😊

Figured it would be a good idea to test the AWD. The CV-joint disagreed 💥🤷♂️😅✅

Cylinder head installed and torqued down. Gave it a whole lot of permatex and a new gasket, hopefully it will keep the leaks away 💦🙈😊✅
