𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth—but that is not the kind of story I will be telling. It is a story about a century long wait for words to dance with elegance. A league of great writers that may have been prayed to the heavens yet existed because of a single ambition.

A river made out of poetry, an ocean of short stories. The golden years of literature in José Rizal University was finally witnessed and it is just getting started. Because of the triumph of The Crescendo in providing uncontested creative writing, I wish to give the Rizalian Community a final gift—a legacy building tradition known as 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 where every Chief Literary Editor carry the weight of writing something political, societal and exceptional, maintaining the literary mastery of its members at the same time, collaborating with organizations who share the same goal of creating something impactful. Together, let us share a genesis, a begining of something illustrious.
