Absolutely loved the food in SriLanka. We mostly had rice and curry which they serve with their 4 seasonal vegetables which can be combined with chicken/fish/egg

-Strawberries by jagro at Galle for dessert and drinks
-Coconut Sambol at Galle loved the buffet rice and curry
-Sambol at One Galle Face Mall food studio food court
