Courts sets K1,000,000 bail for MMiles Sampa
Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa has pleaded not guilty to charges of unauthorised use of a computer system, contrary to the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act.
The charges arise from allegations he made claiming that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) had allegedly established a fake polling station in Chawama. The matter is before Lusaka Resident Magistrate, Webster Milumbe.
Sampa has been granted bail of K1 million in his own recognisance, with two sureties each bound in a like amount.
