There’s nothing quite like the excitement of opening your favourite cards…but it only gets better when you do so with friends 😎 Luckily at , and I were able to share the excitement of opening up First Chapter of with the community 🥰

Is Oshawott your favourite starter Pokémon? 🦦 At I had a fabulous conversation with the incredible about her journey as both voicing Pokémon characters and being the Voice Director. She brought the sass to my favourite starter of our hot Ash Ketchum: Oshawott 🐚 and so many others. Here are my top three things I learned from Lisa:
🎙️ Voice acting involves A LOT of listening. Not just to the voice director, but to your character and those they interact with as well.
🦒 She encourages listening to animals that are apart of the Pokémon design to get inspired for the performance!
💜 The team that brings us the Pokémon anime are just as passionate about the franchise as we are. One of my favourite moments was discussing the Alola region and my favourite Professor: Kukui 😎

What’s your best pull from Paradox Rift? ✨ This weekend the Kids Zone was heating up from all the great pulls during the pack battles! 💥
Easily one of the best parts of my day is helping the kids open packs and appreciate the cards (even the commons). There were some fierce pack battles, and some beautiful cards to store safely in sleeves!
The only thing missing was you ✨ Good news is that tickets for both the November show, and the Excel in April are available now! 🎟️ See you there!

Have you seen this collection? 😱 I was delighted to discover the Pokémon Chinese Eif Ninetales card 🪭 This artwork is particularly fun as at the moment Mr Safari and I are watching OnePiece and it looks like Ninetales is hanging out in Wano (hence the music choice) 🌸
I’ve never seen this set before and so wanted to share with you! It’s brilliant to see how many different ways there are to collect Pokémon 🥰

Favourite Lady of OnePiece? 🏴‍☠️ While I love Robin (history lovers unite), I find the Ghost Princess Perona hilarious 👻 So this weekend at I was keen to pick up some packs of OnePiece…and sure enough pulled these two Perona cards which are going straight into my All Blue binder 🌊
